General Responsibilities
Broadening the Emotional Intelligence of Xiaoice AI
My focus was on developing unique AI personalities, aiming to bring a more human touch to AI interactions. This task involved strategically designing varied AI traits, ultimately elevating the user experience with more engaging and empathetic AI communications.
Embedding Xiaoice AI into Games
My another responsibility was instrumental in integrating AI technology into our card game. My role encompassed refining in-game AI interactions and improving the game flow's UX/UI design.
What I Learned
My experience at Xiaoice.AI enhanced my ability to quickly learn and apply new AI technologies. I excelled in conducting timely research and user testing, crucial for aligning AI solutions with user needs.

Collaborating with the engineering team was a key aspect of my role, where I balanced technical feasibility with innovative AI advancements. This experience sharpened my skills in effectively communicating complex ideas, ensuring alignment and clarity across multidisciplinary teams.

Through out the process, I observed current experiences, defined problem, listened to partners, asked customers, iterated design and shared insights.
My Core Team Members
My team was a small group of designers and one Design Program Manager. They helped me become a better designer. Each person had their own strengths that I relied on to have the best experience that I could.
